Everyone was nice. The Hotel is extremely dated and has several carpet stains. The bathtub plug would not seal so we had to take a shower vs a bath. There was a light outside our room that flashed brightly all night long like a strobe light. It shined through even with the curtain closed. The vending machine was not stocked our entire stay. We did notice as we were leaving they did finally restock it. Staff was friendly though. That was the most plesant part of the stay.

Staff was excellent!

Kendra went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we needed since we were getting ready for a wedding. She pointed out some beautiful places inside for pictures and was very accommodating!

Very inconsiderate

My two friends and I showed up having already payed for our room and excited for a fun stay! They immediately wouldn’t let us check in cause none of us were over 21. Nowhere in the payment process did they ask my age. The desk attendant was very rude and turned us away saying she also couldn’t give us a refund for our money. We hurriedly had to find another hotel to stay that would accept under 21 year olds and ended up staying at a motel 6 where we got chased to our room one night. While I admit I should have checked the hotels policies before booking my stay there they did not even offer to help three young girls in a city they had never been in before. I would have at least appreciated a referral to another hotel. If you are over 21 I’m sure it’s just fine but they were not helpful when we were in need.

Our stay was disappointing from start to finish. The mini-fridge didn’t work, neither did the blow dryer. When I spilled water on the table and wiped it up with the wash cloth, the cloth turned brown — not exactly reassuring about cleanliness. The pool was so murky it looked like the pH balance was completely off, so we skipped it. Expedia advertised free breakfast, but there was none. The entire place smelled like cigarettes, even in supposedly non-smoking areas, and the photos online do not match the experience — except for the lobby, which was beautiful. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the property that lived up to expectations. Everything beyond the lobby felt neglected and dirty. I didn’t complain during the stay because we were hardly there, but I would not return or recommend this hotel.

So we love this place we stay here all the time only thing with this hotel is the key cards always mess up. I understand not letting them get near a cell phone cause they will demagnetize but when I've made 100% sure they were not near it and it still does it, it becomes annoying!! Mainly because this hotel is so massive it takes forever to have to walk back up to the front desk to get fixed. Other then that keep it up and we will be back

Just Ok.

Just ok.. The hotel is self was just ok. I had to walk to the attached restaurant to get ice. Not really a problem if I wasn’t on the clear other side of the hotel. The hotel appeared to be training new employees so, checking in and out was long and drawn out. For the price it was a place to stay.

Hotel staff banged on the door attempted to enter my room after 10pm and I was asleep. Luckily I had the door latch engaged to prevent entry along with appropriate defense. The staff member claimed that the room was not supposed to be occupied. That was easily solved by a call from the front desk. It does beg the question on how they knew someone was in the room, why a call wasn’t more appropriate and why it had to be done at that time of night. Would not stay here again based on customer service and care.
