very old hotel with a lot of outdated carpet flooring ceiling. surprised to be a Radisson hotel.. it rained and the ceiling was leaking in multiple places. The carpet was wet. The front door always had water on the floor that was left standing by most staff, trip hazard. disappointed.

We had to wait an hour after our arrival to even get our room after telling us it would only be. 5 minutes. The staff up front are completely rude and the rooms was disgusting. This property has potential to be really great has amazing features however it was nasty After pulling back the comforter out sheets were stained and the front desk wouldn’t answer after 4 attempts. My husband and I packed our stuff and immediately checked out and went elsewhere The lobby and pool area are nice but that is about it!

From the outside this property looks questionable, but when you walk in it is absolutely lovely. It is updated and clean… and so much larger than it appears. The indoor pool is great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved Chris, the bartender. We would definitely return. - Close to downtown Jeffersonville and downtown Louisville!

We had 3 rooms in total in our group and 2 out of the 3 bathrooms were very well worn and dirty. A couple of us had to go purchase shower shoes due to the state of the bathtubs. The paint was cracking, they had missing peices, there were stains, and one didn’t even have a shower curtain. Everything else in the room was pretty nice; the only thing that definitely needed improvement was the bathrooms in the hotel rooms.

This was a very old hotel. The lobby was pretty but smelled of stale smoke. The carpet to the rooms was dirty and the halls smelled of smoke and filth. The bathrooms were tiny and old and dirty. The lid to the toilet was cracked. It was spookier than a haunted house. Look straight out of the 80’s. I didn’t stay they did say if I called Expedia I could get my money back. It was a pain to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute. Do not go there
