Desk chair was in disrepair and it took several calls to the desk to get it replaced with one that was only slightly better.
Ceiling in our bathroom leaked.
Several key-locks on exterior doors did not work.
Goose poop all over the sidewalks
The server in the restaurant was amazing!
Breakfast was limited compared to last year when we were here.
Iâm sure this was a lovely hotel back in the â90âs-2000 but itâs pretty run down. The pool area looked very nice. Itâs a very large property (350 rooms) so I think the upkeep is difficult and you find yourself roaming around multiple hallways, inside then outside then back inside just to get to your room. We only stayed for the night and the room was fine for that. Carpet was sticky and had multiple cigarette burns even though itâs non-smoking room. Our tv screen died but it was too late to do anything about it. Front desk apologized upon checkout.
The location is convenient to 65 but thereâs no great view or anything. There are some cute restaurants mile away on the Ohio River. For the money it was fine for the night just didnât get a typical Radisson vibe.
The property is just old and outdated but it could be so much nicer if they just cleaned it better and stayed up on the minor repairs so they don't multiply, which they have.
People noisily partying by our room until 3 a.m., inside bathtub was spray painted white, carpet in hall was pulling apart, a bent screw driver was used to lock patio door, pool had a black ring all the way around thewater line, like a dirty bathtub ring, paint in bottom of pool was chipping off. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone I know.
Check in was a nightmare. They confirmed my reservation only to not have my reservation at check in. A sales manager had to input a reservation for me. My 1st room looked like the door had been kicked in and you could see the lock mechanisms. So we asked for a change. This change landed us at the other end of the hotel. Towels were scarce. Even when we requested them at 8 am to be ready with our room number after work which ended at midnight. Came back to no towels and they said it was a "miscommunication." The inside pool was shut down. The outside pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. My daughter saw a roach on the last day.
