Very run down property. Had to move rooms because the first room the bathroom tub and shower were falling apart with cracks in the walls and tub was falling apart. Moved us to a second room and in the bathroom the ceiling panels were falling down onto the floor whenever the door closed. Trash in the hallways and just overall not very clean.

I asked when making reservation for room close to pool. They gave me a room in old part of hotel. Went back up and asked for different room. The next room only had 1 bed in it. The third room we were given only had 1 bath towel and wash cloth in it. The bathroom needs updates. There was an old junk camper outside on the property! Several other people had problems with their rooms and were asking for refunds. This was my third stay and i wont come back. The best part of the place is the pool.

The pictures showed totally renovated hotel, looked to me like only the front desk area was renovated. There were people hanging out in the stairwells with blankets around them. When mentioned to the person at the frontdesk, he said,"Oh, they won't bother you". In the morning, our toilet tank wouldn't fill and we had to fill the waste basket with water to flush the toilet. There had been a lot of snow and the parking lot had not been cleared.

The staff was very kind and helpful. If they had not been so accommodating, this experience would not have been great. The hotel does not look much like the pictures online. The bathrooms looked like they belonged in a preschool, everything was tiny. Our rooms were clean, but in need of an update.

Good Value
Took the kids to swim and spend the night. The pool was warm and is big. The room was comfortable. I appreciated the close proximity to the pool. The hotel is a bit dated but everything was decent and smelled fresh. There was a DJ at the bar that night and it looked like it would be a good time but we did not partake. The price was a good value and we would stay again.

I have stayed at the Radisson many of times for years and even referred many of people.But this time it was the worst.The Owner was so Rude throwing kids and family's out of the pool no towels for pool or room Yelling at kids like I will never be back bring back old owners. CHECK OUT was at 11am, my family and I left at midnight.

The location was close to the event i came in town for. The outside door key did not work. Tiles on the floor loss. No direction on phone on how to get a hold of staff or service. No resterant on site. Call down to front deak on my cell phone Put on hold for 10 minutes before i hung up.
