Very friendly staff. They were fully booked back to back because of the music festivals but the facilities were still super clean and quiet! The pool was cloudy which was my only complaint. But otherwise 10/10 would stay here again!

The 1st room they gave us smelled of mold and had ceiling damage. We asked to move due to my friend having asthma, the male employee that had glasses was amazing and willing to help. Sanjay, not sure if he is a manager or what, was rude about it. They know that the area they stuck us in, which actually used to be some sort of nursing home in the 70s, is runned down and needs upgrading. The room we moved to had a leaky bathtub and the tv had a line going through the middle of it, but at least it didn't smell bad or have ceiling damage. I would not stay at this hotel again. If it wasn't for the gentleman with the glasses working the front desk the stay would have been way worse!

Attempted calling hotel day of reservation cause my stay was randomly cancelled and it took 40 minutes for someone to answer. Bugs everywhere on the property. Mosquitos smushed on shower ceiling. Went up to ask for an extra towel and it took 30 minutes due to only one staff member working at 11 in the morning and then dealing with another guest at the time. Rooms very dater (drawers falling out, TV had burnt spots in the screen all over).

When we first checked in I thought I was being punked. The lobby is gorgeous, staff was friendly, everything I expected. However, upon entering the room it was shocking. It smelled strongly of urine, the bathtub was peeling and moldy underneath the peeling paint, and the curtains looked like they had been used as toilet paper. We asked the front desk to change rooms but due to a local event they were completely booked for the night so there was “nothing they could do until the manager came in the morning”. The next morning they told us they “accidentally put us in the wrong room” and switched us to another one which was thankfully clean and pleasant enough. Also, the pool looked very cloudy when I walked by, like the bottom wasn’t visible.

First night was good but on the second night I had killed about half a dozen cockroaches. The food is also overpriced for what it was. I felt bad for the bartender cause it was one worker and about 15 customers and you tell she was struggling.

Room was dark and outdated, bathroom had two towels and one wash cloth for three people (more were provided right away when asking). Floors outside room were sticky shoes were required. Staff was friendly and happy to help with any issues.

They changed me 400.00 more the what i was supposed to pay. My room door didnt lock so my room was open the hole time there. Had no hot water. And the staff was rude !!!
