Hotel is in sketchy area. Saw what looked like a prostitute as soon as I entered the parking lot. They didnt have a king size bedroom available for me despite having selected one when I paid in advance. Bathroom looks dingy. Cracks in the walls, curtains in room are ripped. Looks like there is minimal security to prevent non-guests at the hotel from accessing any floor of the hotel. (No key card is required to access guest floors from elevator.) Staff are friendly, but that hardly makes up for the appearance of the hotel. Also, website pictures don’t match what it really looks like. Would it recommend.

Our hotel room door number was written on a piece of cardboard. The elevators and entrance ways smelled. There was a family dispute in the lobby requiring police intervention. I did not feel safe.

It's worth the stay.
It started out bad. The room we were assigned was not good. I went to the desk and complained. We paid for a king sized and they originally gave us 2 doubles. They did rectify that. The new room was MUCH better and had a wonderful view. This was a last trip for my husband. He knew he only had a bit of time left and he wanted to spend time together. Chris (at the front desk) was sympathetic and ensured our stay was perfect. My husband did pass away. But thanks to the Radisson he had a wonderful "last vacation" and we made some great memories. He especially enjoyed just sitting outside and watching the geese. Chris is definitely an asset to this hotel. Thank you for everything. Kelli Detwiler.
