The carpet was old, the bathroom shower was peeling, it smell like smoke because the carpet is nasty, the pool need to be clean, they do not clean the rooms right, there was food and crumbs on the floor in my rooms, my son had a bed bug on his clothes. The sheets have stains on them. I been a lot of Radissons and this one never again. This place is trouble. If they put money back into the hotel it will be good, they need a lot of updates. The staff was nice. Just need more work and better cleaning. There was spider webs and dead bugs on the windows and stairs all over the place. You can tell they dont care about the cleaning

For my overnight 8/22/2025, the king bed mattress was not firm, well used, needs replacing. & the shower in Rm 109, did not drain while taking shower. Needs unglogging of tub drain.

Awful hotel. We will absolutely never stay at the Radisson again. The room wasn't clean, the towels were full of pubic hair, the outside pool was littered with used bandaids and a pair of used underwear, the maintenance man was incredibly rude, the hotel door cards never worked on the outside door locks, among many other issues. You are given a wrist band to wear at the pool to make sure only guests are using them and yet it seems anyone can just come in the pool area and smoke weed and cigarettes.
