Very run down property. Had to move rooms because the first room the bathroom tub and shower were falling apart with cracks in the walls and tub was falling apart. Moved us to a second room and in the bathroom the ceiling panels were falling down onto the floor whenever the door closed. Trash in the hallways and just overall not very clean.

Is a nice hotel is big and everything went you enter is nice but arround the stairs outside is Dirty need to be remolded some stuff take care off it the room are ok but they need too clean it better have some smell and the bathroom too

Price was cheap.. Get what you pay for.

Check-in was slow. Only one person checking in with multiple people waiting. Getting to room was a ton of walking and walking through different areas through doors. While carrying luggage and someone who is handicap is very difficult with non- accessible doors. No smoking fee- but tons of other people smoking in their rooms. No microwave in room but a common one by check-in area. Fridge in room was nice. Shower was too gross looking that we did not shower. Not sure if it was dirty or just stains. Outside stairs were closed. Tons of rust and dirty carpets throughout. Kids say pool was okay-very warm water. Probably needs vacuumed. NO pool towels. I've stayed in 4 times now and each stay is just grosser.

Horrable house keeping and pot smeling the hallway

It was the worst hotel i have stayed at night staff was not very helpfull the house keeping never showed up to clean the room for 4 days on my check out day they still didnt do any think to help shoupd not be called a radisson should change the name to meth house hotel. The pool area was the best part of the place never checked out the bar but it seems like its allways party time wont be back ever again.. but i got what i paid for

They state there is a free breakfast not true. They also display their cafe hours but the waitress is horrible. She shut down the cafe an hour early. She saw me walking around towards the front of the cafe where the buffet was still full and on. By the time I got to the cafe entrance she had shut the lights off and cleared the buffet over an hour before the cafe actually closed. When we did eat there she rushed us out. Handed us the bill with our meal and no option to order another drink or anything. The cafe was still within a reasonable time before closing. The toilet was broken, the tub was cracked, it was an awful experience.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures.

Hotel was run down and dirty. Toilet was broken. The outdoor lighting was poor and it felt very unsafe entering the hotel in the evening. Elevator inspections were out of date. This hotel is obviously suffering from years of neglect.

I really enjoyed the after the birthday party, party, in the bar. The DJ was great! Bartenders and atmosphere was great also.

Hotel Room Experience

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with some maintenance issues. On 3rd of the stay bathroom had a roof leak, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the bed lamp in my room didn’t work. The entrance door also had issues with handle which needs to be fixed. The staff never responded to the calls even from the guest room phones. These problems need to be addressed for a better guest experience.

The staff is doing a great job with what they have to offer. And what I mean by this is that the employees are working too hard to keep this place functional. And this is because the building itself is failing apart. If the owners would invest more money into this place, they would have a great hotel to offer. I think the staff is great. But they don’t have the resources to offer a nice stay..
