Cheer competition stay
Over night stay for cheer competition at the exposition center. No frills just a clean place to sleep. Very nice staff and helpful. The outside could use a facelift but once your inside it was welcoming. The hot breakfast was also a plus and a time saver.

BEDBUGS AND MONEY THEFT.
DO NOT STAY HERE! There are bedbugs in the rooms. We left immediately, but they charged me for my entire group's full week! I've called multiple times and the manager won't get on the phone and no one else can refund me. hotels.com has also tried to contact them and had no success. THEY CHARGED ME FOR 6 NIGHTS FOR 7 PEOPLE AND NO ONE STAYED THERE BECAUSE OF THE BUGS!!!!

Nice hotel in an inner-city area
Pleasant hotel, clean and safe, and modern. Friendly staff. Not much grass for walking the dog. Inner-city setting, with evidence of homeless people staying on the ground outside. Highway and jet engines noise might have bothered some.

Staff did not have it together. No toliet paper and within an hour of being in the hotel we had a staff member enter our room because it showed "vacant" in their system. Also the morning of checkout they shut off our cards so we got locked out of our room after breakfast.
