Everything was nice, clean and up to expectations. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great! Lots of close stuff and very convenient. The only complaint I had was the heat in the indoor pool was off and it was cold, so we couldn't swim. But otherwise, we loved our stay!

We stayed for two nights for the Louder than Life festival. The room was very nice and clean. We were greeted kindly by the woman at the front when we checked in after 11pm. The process was very quick ans simple. The only thing we had an issue with was the lack of warm water in the shower. The sinks had hot water, but we couldn't get the shower to warm up. We didn't have a big issue with this and figured it was probably because they were completely sold out of rooms.
