Was a little disappointed on our stay this year we stay there every year at Naile. The Gal at nite was kinda rude and not very helpful said had no pillows amazing enough they had plenty next morning. Breakfast wasn’t very good all week we planned pay cash and girl charged my credit card after told her not too.

Booked the wrong hotel, intended to book the BW on dixie highway but the hotel names are so similar and I didn't give it a secind thought that their MIGHT be another Best Western Louisville Airport Expo 🙄. Youd think since theyre both Best Western they could just transfer the reservation, but no 👎

Normally we don’t mind using stairs but elevator was out of order and my husband had an injured knee which made it difficult. Beds were comfortable room clean. People arguing in our hallway. We put fan on to drown out noise.

The employees could not communicate well. The room was not prepared when we arrived long after check-in time. There were unexpected fees despite pre-paying. The room had holes in the wall, and the bathroom door couldn’t be closed.
