Great stay! Just be leary of parking
Great hotel from the cleanliness to the friendliness of the staff. Made us feel very welcome. I’m often uncomfortable in hotels and this place was the exception. Safety was also great as you could access room floors without a key. Lots of amenities! Gorgeous pool and workout facility and cute little outdoor grilling area. Only downside was parking. It was confusing on how to park and we ended up paying double for parking (with the hotel and the parking structure) due to lack of communication from the front desk! Would still recommend this hotel for your Louisville stay!

The room was nice once we got checked in. Check in time is 3 pm. Got there to check in and they didnt have any cleaned rooms so had to wait. Went back at 3:30 and got checked in and got our keys to go to the room. Once we got upstairs to the room, they were still in there cleaning it so we had to wait again...however, the bartender..she was amazing!

you have to use the parking garage which is normal. but then have to walk around all the drug out bums asleep on the sidewalks. These are not your normal bums they are the zombie type. stay safe

My husband and I stayed over night and really liked the Hotel. The room was clean and loved the kitchenette even though we didn't need it. This Hotel is close to Restaurants and other attractions. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Expedia messed-up this reservation and i will never use Expedia again but the hotel corrected the issue. The hotel was VERY nice. The downtown area doesn't feel that safe but the property and amenities were top notch. I'll book direct with them next time

Walking distance the sites.
Loved the hotel once we could find it. GPS drops you off at the parking garage which is not near the hotel. Other than that, lovely breakfast and great, super clean room. Hotel is so close to where you want to be you can walk.
