Convenient location in the heart of downtown Louisville. The person checked us in seamlessly. Made a nice recommendation for dinner. Mussels and burgers, I believe was the name of it. Although we didn’t use the room as an extended stay, we sure could have. Nice and roomie with everything you would want.

The hotel is immaculate. Beautiful aesthetics. Friendly staff. Great gym and pool. The bed mattress is firm, so use more pillows if you prefer a softer mattress. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've experienced. A Major letdown was the parking. The parking garage is inaccessible in the back, down a slope. It is a pretty far walk. So, if you are in a wheelchair or can't walk long distances or on a slope, skip this hotel.

The front desk staff was really helpful, Jazmine and Bill but the bartender Erica was amazing! She was like a tour guide, very helpful and funny. We had a blast just hanging out talking to her. The breakfast staff was awesome and vey accommodating, I apologize for not know their names but they were no Less helpful. Most of the distilleries and museums we wanted to see and visit were in walking distance.
