**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

House rules and suitability:
- The owners of our accommodations do not allow bookings for groups youngsters or groups made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender. We reserve the right to decline and cancel this sort of booking without a refund.
- Events and parties are forbidden.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking outside only.

Family break
Large spacious family accommodation ideally placed for access to lovely facilities (Old Village). In need of a little TLC in some areas especially the sun loungers but overall a bright, clean great place to stay.

Sehr gute und große Unterkunft, ideal für mehrere Leute. Alles vorhanden was der Alltag benötigt.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Privatsphäre wird auch bei vielen Personen gewart, da jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad besitzt. Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Paulo war hervorragend. Der Geschirrspüler gab am ersten Abend den Geist auf und am nächsten Morgen 10 Uhr standen die Handwerker vor der Tür.

Moradia muito boa
Tive um problema de saúde durante a estadia e só estive na moradia 4 dias. No entanto, para outras pessoas não terem o mesmo problema será necessário não esquecerem de que quem toma as refeições na moradia são necessárias toalhas para as duas mesas. A churrasqueira estava num estado lamentável, suja e com as gralhas no mesmo estado.
