The lady manager was so rude. Like she scream when I had to asked for a milk or creamer as it was not on the table. I arrived an hour before breakfast is over and she said “ breakfast starts early”I apologized and said I had to take shower, pray etc before having breakfast and besides it’s an hour before closing. She just gave me an attitude. I just kept quiet. But when she raised her voice when I asked if she can give me. A little milk or creamer, she replied “ you know I have to walk all the way to the kitchen to get that, you should ask me when I asked if u want coffee or tea!!!” I still replied in a calm voice “calm down, don’t start, it’s my birthday and I planned to have a good day as always” she didn’t say sorry so I explain her this is the first time I have met a staff or management with this response. And I left and went to church and was bless to have met a lovely couple. She was even surprise to see me on my last night. She thought I checked out already so I had to show my receipt from Expedia. Earlier, There was a dad and son customers who look at me, shook their heads and said horrible place.
I’m posting this concern so for her to change and let her know that travelers are aware and bad attitude is a big negative impact into the business and the city itself.
By the way, the croissant is hard, was sitting on the table for hours and not even on a plate.
Lot of nicer, cheaper hotels much closer to the shrine. Room is way too small. Will post pictures.
