The person that checked us in was very unwelcoming.The room is bar minimum and bed uncomfortable.The location is great but hotel needs attention!

There was limited restaurants in the area so we decided to order delivery pizza; unfortunately it was a challenge to do this with extremely limited Portuguese but the staff at the front desk were excellent and helped us with the order. The hotel is close to the airport but you need to get there early as it is very busy. Don't waste your money on the breakfast buffet - expensive and not worth it.

Staff were very professional and friendly when we checked in. An additional positive aspect is the air conditioning works very well, unlike any other hotel we stayed in during our 2 week trip. The air conditioning also helped block the noise for the busy street just outside our room. Only negative is our room had a strange smell and the sink was closed at the drain -- I suspect they knew that is where the strange smell was coming from.

Only problem with the hotel was the airport shuttle. I picked this specific hotel because I didn’t want to deal with taxis or Uber for my early flight. There is no Shuttle from this hotel. They said that is something has to be arrange or whatever. I ended up taking a taxi that was parked in front of the hotel to the airport

The hotel was ok for one night, nice bed, clean room, the only problem was the bathroom the sink was clogged and was leaking, the shower had mold on the walls and the water was coming out of the shower (need some caulk).room 133.

It was a nice tidy property and the staff were fantastic. Its actually pretty quiet despite the highway as long as the doors were closed. It unfortunately wasnt near a metro but plenty of buses ifbyou already had a pass or parking for a car.

I got a very bad room. I asked immediately to replace the room but i was told the hotel was full (although i did see other people checking in after me). The bathroom door did not work which meant I had to ask to fix it again and again. It also meant no sleep at night after a long flight.
