The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room. Partial air conditioning is available in the living area and in three of the four bedrooms. The house also offers a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The garden is secure and enclosed, with an 11m x 4m heated pool secured by a cover. Outside, a large shaded terrace and a covered terrace provide spaces for outdoor dining.

The house is located in a condominium of three properties, ensuring a safe and quiet environment. Access to the village of Lourmarin can be done on foot, allowing you to enjoy local markets and the lively atmosphere.
