The lobby smelled of Jheri Curl and lavender. There's a bar and grill next door with lots of loud motorcycle-riding patrons late at night. The huge cookie cutter neighborhood next door also has several obnoxiously loud motorcycles and Subarus. The wifi is slow and Verizon cell signal is one bar.

I was unable to check in at check in time due to rooms being dirty. It was 2.5 hours after check in time when my room was finally ready and I was not offered any type of compensation. Will not return.

We stayed for 10 days in preparation for a granddaughter's wedding. It is very clean and the desk staff is outstanding. Every time we needed assistance, they were there to ensure our issue was addressed. The only small issue we had was trying to get the housekeeping staff to understand when we needed attention to our room. There was no sign for "make up room", only for privacy. Their English was almost non existent which is fine, but even when we would leave word at the desk that we needed turn down or towels, it was missed. Small inconvenience for a great stay. Thank you.

Bug galore
We stay there every visit to CO. This time was horrible. 6 days and bugs galore. They have a pest problem. I had a newborn n 5yo and rarely slept due to finding bugs daily morning n night. The housekeepers never filled the tissue, toilet paper, towels or soaps. The beds were uncomfortable this time. The sheets looked filthy with stains, not from us so we were grossed out that I got a sleeping bag for us to prevent from ick. When my husband asked for the housekeeping to refill towels and bath soap she gave us a tiny bottle 1 oz soap for 4 people to share. Fine i brought baby soap for kods but dang. At a pretty penny, at least fill that. The front desk staff were on the phone often and when we asked about towels when housekeeping dodnt deliver, she seemed upset we distracted her from a social call. Ok. Theyre mostly young and whatever. Breakfast is decent, only dod ot twice because its at 6 - 9 from what we observed. It was the same daily. Staff in there was super friendly but didn't speak much English. I said something about. Ugs the night front desk person said nothing just shrugged. 1st night larder beetles. I know from taking pic and gogling. They look for food and seen in unkept places and pantries woth food. There were a couple 1st night, spiders plural 2nd and 3rd night, bog blacl beetle hard shell makes crunch killing it eating something, and then tiny black beetles. There were hundreds out the front door and got in the front doors of hotel. Grossed out.

The hotel provided a very good and pleasant experience for us. The drive from the Estes Park area was very enjoyable and stay was well worth the affordable cost.

Property is brand new…first rate for the price. A brew pub shares the same parking lot…better still. Check-in was sub-par. No one at the counter…no way to alert someone that you’re there without entering their back offices. Associate who ultimately came out and checked me in was very young, and needs some training. It’s called the “hospitality” industry for a reason. Be hospitable! I’m sure the associate is a very nice person, but they need to be trained to engage and communicate with the folks staying at the property. Otherwise, very pleased with my stay. (And, for what it’s worth, my “complaint” is no big deal…just constructive criticism)☺️
