Comfortable enough stay, four separate rooms which are very soundproof with the thick walls, the temperature inside was cool during the day and warm at night, which was perfect, the mattress was firm. A few small maintenance issues- Kitchen tap needs tightening under sink, flaking paint or surfaces were painted over uneven/flaking paint, brown water stains along and under window and on heater in bathroom, cracked counter top behind hot plate, chipped laminate top on kitchen table. The conservation of these historic buildings deserve to be treated with loving care to honour their historic integrity, they also deserve considered interior fixtures, fittings and design that embraces and enhances their beauty."
