"From our arrival parking was easy and early checkin was a breeze. Our room was on the fourth floor which meant taking the elevator to the third and then stairs to the fourth, not an issue for us as we don’t have mobility issues. The grounds were immaculately kept and there were several lit fire pits upon our arrival, great for sitting with a coffee/cocktail and enjoying the sound of the falls. The hot-tub offered excellent views day or night. Our dinner at the bistro was excellent, limited options but excellent. The games area was phenomenal, velvet couches, stone double sided wood burning fireplace capped off the ambiance."

"Our extended family stayed here and had a very lovely time. Close to all the Old Chelsea restaurants, the park, and not far at all from downtown Ottawa. The host was helpful and friendly and we had a great stay. The house was very quiet, plenty of space for everyone and good layout for kids to go to sleep early. Couldn’t haven been better!"

"Loved my stay. I had the deluxe king room and loved the atmosphere. I really enjoyed the theme room and the record player with records from local artists. The bathroom was spacious and had a wonderful tub to soak in while I listened to the records. There were local products available for a fee (bathbombs, socks, head wrap and more if you want) but didn’t use any. The snacks with the minibar were great! A variety and definitely better than the usual snacks at hotels. There was a communal room with a microwave and coffee maker and more which I really appreciated too. Nordik spa was only a 10 min drive away which made it easy after my spa day. I overall loved the place and the vibe. I will definitely be back soon! "
