We had booked 2 suites and an ocean view room. The check in was a problem despite giving the check in details and letting them know we’re traveling with 3 kids. We reached the hotel at 2 pm and our rooms weren’t ready. The person at the check in counter gave us a room that was not even the category I had already paid for it was a basic 2 bedroom room without a view and much smaller than I had paid for.

Just the best.
Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. And I have stayed in a lot of very good hotels including on this trip. We also had an amazing upgrade - our room was unreal with a spectacular view. The staff were extremely professional and attentive - another level! Amongst them Krushank, Deepak, Vedant, Manisha and Varlin, as well as the luggage and cleaning manager on our floor (30th). The food and drinks were world class - really amazing stay!

Absolutely out of this world this hotel is a superb choice for anyone coming to Mumbai for a stay our group has been looked after so well the staff and management cannot do enough to help you and make you comfortable while you are here really really would come back here in fact I don’t think there is anywhere else I would stay while in Mumbai it really is that good will definitely return to the St Regis
