This is it chief this is the one. I stayed in 3 different rooms because I kept extending my stay. Each one was different but they were all phenomenal. The staff are wonderful and the area is great. Excellent value for the money. 10/10

The room was clean, check-in was fast and easy, and the staff were very helpful and always available. Laundry was fast and convenient, and the location was excellent. Again, very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Basement room smelled extremely moldy. I asked to switch rooms or be refunded which they said no. Had to pay for an additional room at a guest house across the street. Ended up paying for 2 rooms each night. Would not recommend

accommodating staff and coffee was good too! Beds were excellent!! and very clean. The Wayne (host) was great and helped in every way! easy access to cities activities and tours. We were able to jump right on a bus and go to the falls from the hotel - cheap and friendly tour. Wayne dropped everything to answer any questions - even changed some money for us when we were running out of Kip and just needed to change a few more dollars. He was really nice to our daughter and had the maid do our laundry to accommodate our leaving time etc. Best ever!

Horrible Hotel
No Working TV, no hot water, ants in the room, unhelpful staff, constant drilling outside the room at 7am each morning and the rooms are not secure as keys are left for anyone to take. Raised this with the manager and Expedia. The manager told a heap of lies to expedia and refuse to assist me. This place is best avoided

Definitely recommended for budget travelers.
No frills accommodations - but definitely safe, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Location is perfect - do not struggle to find the perfect location in LP because almost everything is within walking distance. That said, this Guesthouse is a 3-5 minute walk from the center of things, versus other choices which could be up to a 10-15 minute walk. Room was quiet and provided everything you need including in-room bathroom, air conditioning, cable tv, and wifi. Guesthouse is run by a great young, friendly, English-speaking, and adorable family, and will help with reserving tours/daytrips to the most popular destinations. Desk is staffed 24/7, so there's never a chance of being locked out or not being able to check-in.

This is the place to stay in Louangphrabang Prabang. Perfect location, rooms are big and cozy, fantastic service and we have loved having access to the balcony with tea and coffee. We can only recommend it.
