This stylish & spacious 5-bedroom/3 bath home with private pool and hot tub is perfect for group trips and weekend getaways. Sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. Each bedroom boasts top of the line mattresses and linens. Located in a quiet neighborhood, enjoy the shaded back patio by your own private pool and hot tub. Great for families, 5 couples, girls’ weekends, or whatever the festive occasion.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee.
The space
This house truly is an oasis with the private pool and hot tub. Decorated primarily with art celebrating old Western movies, you'll enjoy a modern twist of American Southwest in the Hub City's south side.
No wild parties with extra guests allowed. A gas grill underneath the patio will make cookouts even more enjoyable with an outdoor TV. Fully stocked kitchen allows you to cook meals during your stay. Kids can watch whatever they want from the pool while adults watch their own game or movie underneath the patio. Sling TV offers sports, movies and other shows. Each bedroom is private and luxurious.
Master bedroom has private bathroom with jet tub, two sinks and double shower heads. Bedroom 2 has bathroom next door that can be shared with 5th bedroom. 3rd and 4th bedrooms share Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Book your stay at this oasis in Lubbock. One bedroom is perfect for kids to set up their gaming devices. Enjoy your own personal arcade and play Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong, Frogger or dozens of other games from the good ol’ days.

Excellent Place for Big Group in Lubbock

Everything is as-advertised. Eric was very responsive and was always willing to help out. Plenty of space in this south Lubbock home and close to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Definitely will book with Eric again for our next trip!

We had a wonderful time at the house. The location is quiet and very safe. The house has plenty of room and a beautiful outdoor area to gather and enjoy. Eric is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is stocked with basic needs (needs pot holders and additional silverware for 10 people). I would highly recommend!

Great neighborhood easy to get anywhere in Lubbock with groceries & restaurants all near by

Awesome lay out of the house as we were in town for a funeral & had grand kids with us but was still very quite & peaceful. The pool was great, rained the night before but the heater made it bearable for the kids. Knowing about the book with all the instructions on the book case would have meant a lot less questions when we arrived. Also remote to pool is also on shelves by fireplace.

graduation was so much fun!

The pool, back yard with grill and great patio area! The location was fantastic, and had a wonderful time gathering with our family for our son's graduation from TT. Kitchen is lacking a lot of supplies, but the house and pool made up for any short comings, we had a great time!

Fun, functional house

The house was as described, it was very clean, and the host was responsive. We had a great time and the kids enjoyed playing in the pool. The bedrooms were all a nice size and the back porch was great. Bonuses included two dryers (helps immensely with wet pool towels), 5 parking spots in the back (includes the garage), tons of pantry and cabinet space and the pool towels were provided. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The only downside was that the kitchen did not have a lot of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. and there were only 2 kitchen towels. Overall, a very nice VRBO - I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Fun House with Pool

We were in town for a Graduation and this house was perfect! Our family of 10 had so much fun hanging out in the beautiful pool and playing old school arcade games! We had a few questions and Eric answered them quickly. Clean and Comfy house to stay in!

Perfect Hub City Hide-away!!

This house was perfect for a weekend stay in Lubbock! Perfectly stocked house with with every need met. Comfy beds, and spacious house in safe & quiet neighborhood were exactly what we were hoping for and it did not disappoint. The clean, heated pool was the icing on the cake. HIGHLY recommend!

Great Graduation Stay!!

Family stay to celebrate graduation! There was plenty of room for parents, siblings & 2 sets of grandparents in this spacious VRBO. The kids loved having the pool to themselves & the adults loved celebrating our graduate while still having enough space to not feel crowded. Wonderful property. Would book again.
