We love the hotel and the staff. There were just a few little things to do with the bathroom, the overhead room light, and the supplying of the breakfast. Nothing big. We will likely come back. We finally got used to the bizarre road changes necessary to get there.

Just ok. What seemed odd and aggravating about the stay was the fan would not turn on..The on position for room fan would not turn on..no fan in restroom. I mean seems like a small thing but when it's dead silent except noises from rooms around you it's not great..so left TV on all night.

We have stayed at this hotel before and really enjoyed it so that is why I picked it again even though it was just for the night. There were some things that needed to be fixed (button for elevator, carts for luggage) but overall, it was a great experience and a good price. Beds are comfortable and I love the ceiling fans! The potties need to be taller for tall people. Lol

The room could have been a little cleaner around the edges. Under the desk was very dusty. The entrance bench seat needed cleaning in the crevice. Lots of food crumbs. Also the toilet kept running. Had to giggle the handle with almost every flush.

Location was perfect for our visit with friends. Staff was friendly. Buffet was lacking in getting refills of items but it was very busy. Only inconvenience is the slowest elevators known to man! We will be back!
