Room was clean and staff was very friendly. The only downside I would have to say was the breakfast. Eggs were too dry and the biscuits were a bit stale. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

I was in town visiting my son in college, and I must say I overall enjoyed my stay! It was not too far from restaurants and shopping areas. However, it was a little noisy at night due to being so close to the highway. But otger than that everything was great.

Good stay for the price. Average, clean room. No big negatives other than the "breakfast". We arrived at breakfast area at 8am (not just before end of breakfast time). 3 of the 4 coffee thermos' were empty. The scrambled eggs/sausage/potatoes containers were empty. No sign of any employees working to refill anything (during the 10-15 minutes we were there). We got the last 2 yogurts available. Meh.

Easy access and very convenient to the hospital. Staff was fried and professional. Hotel was clean in all aspects. Breakfast was ok but doable. We have chosen to stay here the past five times to Lubbock in two years. It’s has been consistent, clean and pleasant. Will stay again on our next bisit

I honestly would give them 4.5-4.8 stars. Staff were polite. Room was spotless. Bed and pillows comfortable. And breakfast was good quality with hot food items and a waffle maker. My only 2 complaints were that the bathroom set up was not great. Awkward design with lots of extra space but no counter top or furniture to place my clothes or towels so that we had to place them on the floor or outside the bathroom. And this hotel is about 100 yards from the highway. So the traffic noise is quite loud during the day. But surprisingly didn’t keep us up at night.
