We stayed at the property a year ago and chose to stay again because of the great service we received last time. We came to visit family and had 2 adults and 2 kids. The room had towels for 2 people and they refused to give us more until we used the ones in the room. Finally they gave in and gave us 2 more big towels. When we asked for an extra blanket for the fold out couch, they asked for the extra towels back and shared “we should have brought our own towels and blankets.” The evening guy followed my husband upstairs to collect the towels in exchange for the blanket. The room was lightly “cleaned” before our stay..the sheet on the pull out couch was dirty and the room needed to be vacuumed, dusted and wiped down. On the final night stay we asked for a late check out and were lectured about the request. Instead of being granted the late check out we were told we would be charged a fee if not out by 11am. This is the poorest service received at this hotel and this was th service given by the evening gentleman. All other staff were fine.

It was a nice property but could have been much cleaner. The bathroom in the room didn’t seem like it was cleaned very well and the bathroom in the pool area was not clean. Also there were only 2 towels in the room and there were 4 of us.

Will not be staying here again. No cleanliness to the room. We all had to take 5 mins shower cause the drain was clogged to the bathtub. The thermostat to the room did not work, maintenance came to look to be fixed and didn’t work right for the remainder of the stay.

Un-sanitized hotel-
Upon arrival to our room and when walked to the bathroom, there were cockroaches, flops was stayed and dirty as well as stain on the bed sheet. We immediately left the room and asked to speak with the manager and was told won’t be in till tomorrow, we asked for refund but we were informed they couldn’t. We booked a near by hotel and left with the intention to come back next morning and talk to the manager. We did the next day and she stated they are sorry but nothing they can do but for us ti co tact hotel.com in which we will do once we return home. So far the most disgusting hotel we have ever put foot in. We are also planning to contact the health department to report this property. While we could not get fast enough a picture of the roach I took some of the floor and sheet.

When i ordered online and the room i was put in looked nothing alike . And i let the people at the desk and she told who ever the guy was and he said he would give me the other room for 20 more dollars . Then tried to negotiate down to 10 but thats not what i ordered.
