Everything was nice and clean, and that’s most important to me. I would have appreciated friendlier staff, for sure! We are locals going to the hotel because of plumbing issues in our home, so a kind smile would have been nice. I also would have appreciated reference to the pet fee and pet deposit on the website when I made the reservation!! The showerhead was wimpy, but the biggest problem was the mattress. It really, really needed rotating!!! I feared rolling off when I first laid down! Finally, we were placed at the end of the hall on the first floor, and could hear traffic from the freeway all night. Requesting a room on a higher floor would help.

I have stayed here before and wanted to stay here again specifically for the large breakfast area as it is helpful to meet with clients. This time it wad a little loud so the staff allowed me to use the business center for what amounted to a 2 1/2 hour meeting. They even brought bottled water in for my guests.
