The room was clean and comfortable. The desk staff worked to get us a location away from the ice maker. Our last experience was that people filling what I think was coolers really loud at another site. Definitely older rooms and smaller than some Hampton Inns, but clean and comfortable. Not as many breakfast option as we are use to and different brands.

Bathroom kept flashing like a red light. Toilet seat was very loose and needed to be fixed. Property is a little run down. Will not stay there again. Breakfast was just sub par.

Passing through and pleasant stay!
The signage was there but we missed it the fist time as it was a much smaller sing than the ones around it. We were only there one night as we travelled from Texas to Colorado. We will definitely book again! Well kept grounds so our small dog had a nice place to go as well. Breakfast was ample.

The staff was nice and the amenities were good. We really enjoyed the pool. The drawback was the sofa bed was broken and there was hair on the bathtub bench. Thankfully, the front desk staff was able to get us another room. In the end, we checked out early because my daughter wasn't feeling well.

The place smelled. I had a terrible room that leaked water everywhere in the bathroom. The pool didn’t work regardless of the staff lying and saying it would be ready the next day. It was then another day. Then another day.

Need to update this property. Rooms not cleaned very well. From my previous Hampton loyalty I was very disappointed. I would call this location a Scramtpton Inn. Would not stay there again.

Kudos for having real supportive pillows, not bags of left over dryer lint like so many places, but boo-hiss on the breakfast service. Pretty slim pickins. It was obvious the eggs and potatoes had been sitting, drying out for hours. No bacon or sausage. The coffee urns were "Temporarily out of order," yeah right, just like the McDonald's ice cream machine. They just don't want to wash them.

No cold water in bathroom shower when we checked in late in the evening...only very hot water was coming out of the bath'tub faucet. This prevented my wife and I from having a shower after checking in that night. Taking a shower would have resulted in serious bodily harm from scalding since the water was so hot. Front desk staff indicated she could not move us to a new room, because there was no empty room available.....very unacceptable. Hotel staff should have ascertained that all the room being given out were suitable for guests comfort.
