Maintenance confirmed that the showers were built wrong. The shower pan (floor) was built flat, instead of sloped to drain. As a result, you stand in water to shower, the floor never dries, and the underfloor is wet and moldy. The entire grout on the floor is covered in mildew. It is gross. The general cleanliness of the floors in the bathroom and living areas, hallway and around elevator was dirty with refuse. This is a tired, dirty hotel. Do not recommend.

Check in was a breeze and friendly, garden inn was tastefully decorated and also for Halloween! Every area was spotless including the bar and restaurant who was being a human so energizer and super friendly! Room was near as requested, quite and comfy bed and clean!

great stay. surprised employee was wearing a Baylor tee at check-in when we walked in. In Lubbock even though they stayed there & gave them a tee. saw carpet stain in hallway, but it was great staying there.

Everything was great! Very friendly staff and even one of the male housekeepers offered to help me with my luggage! My one and only complaint would be the shower. Water would stand in the shower and not drain. Also there was a loose tile that would wobble and make a sound every time you stepped on it. I would stay here again though!

Very nice new facility. I was traveling alone and it would have been nice to have a cart to take my luggage to my room. Supposedly they had 3 that couldn’t be found while I was there. Installation between rooms could have been better. I was awakened at 6:30AM with T.V. Next door. Room was very nice but mattress was not ver comfortable. Kinda was sunken on side.
