Unfortunately this will be my last stay at LaQuinta. I have stayed at LaQuinta in the past and had a pleasant experience. This time was not so pleasant. There was a roach infestation in my booked room, so I had to be moved. The original and new room both had mildew and flooding occurred on the floor with each shower. I declined to eat the free breakfast due to the roach infestation.

Affordable place with a good breakfast option. The place is a little bit rundown & kind of grungy. Could use better lighting in the room & maybe some full length mirrors would be nice but otherwise a cheap option in a good location

No Wi-Fi for the 10 days I stayed. No trash can in my room. Channel on TV sucked. Elevator was down for a night at well. All in all it provided a place to stay but for the price I believe it should have been better suited.

The property is run down, the bbq area is not kept up, the pool door was propped open for anyone to walk through, the elevators were not working, the room was not as clean as it could have been. Paid through Expedia and was charged $203 extra from the hotel when I left the room in the same condition as I did not end up staying the night and just came back to shower and change. Save your money and book elsewhere.

The first night we arrived at the hotel, we entered our room and were immediately hit with a strong, unpleasant, musky smell. It was terrible and made my kids and me feel awful. When we opened the mini fridge, it reeked, as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The couch mattress was covered in rust. I called the front desk to complain, but they informed me they were fully booked due to a tech graduation and couldn't switch our room. Their only solution was to bring us a candle, which is hazardous. I contacted hotels.com, where I had made the booking, and received a mere $50 credit. The next morning, I went to the front desk again and insisted that we couldn't stay in that room any longer due to the awful smell. Although they were still fully booked, they promised to move us to a different room if one became available. Around 1:30 PM, we were finally moved to a room that smelled slightly better, but it was still far from ideal. I don't believe I should have paid $320 for two nights in such a poorly maintained hotel. The gym was also in terrible condition, with residue on the floors indicating they had been flooded and left to dry without proper cleaning. The entire experience felt unsanitary, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and very economical. Staff courteous and accommodating. Pool recreation area nice and enjoyed by the grandchildren. I have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Musty smell in room. Living area tv did not have remote and could not be used. Wi-Fi only worked intermittently and mostly did not work. Waffle mix empty at breakfast and low on hot items.
