We usually book at this hotel and it’s usually great, but the room I was placed in, not all of the lights worked, the doors slammed and shook the walls, meaning the neighboring rooms, did not have any soap or shampoo, kind of let go now

Front desk staff was rude and uncompromising upon our arrival. We had booked a room for 5 people, but there were no rollaway cots or pull out couches available. He would not offer us another room that would accommodate our reservation, saying that our room would absolutely sleep 5 people. So three of us crammed into one bed. Very frustrating as we would have paid for an upgrade if necessary.

Make sure you have your own soap and body wash.
One of the beds was dirty, and the soaps were empty. The tissue box was empty and overall was not happy with the service went to ask the front desk if they had extra body wash or shampoo and he said they were out was able to provide shampoo only. Was not a good experience.
