The staff is wonderful. The room was clean,the lobby was clean. Some of the amenities needed improvement. The washer and dryer in the laundry room didnt work. The reception for direct tv was terrible.

Terrible service, water heater was out so had a cold shower, water was coming up through the floor by the bed. Only thing they said they could do for me was bring me more towels. People were fighting in front of the bar in the parking lot. Then the outside traffic coming through the parking lot was shady. Lots of marijuana stench.

Great stay and updates to the facility are great
It was a quick stay on our way to Colorado. We had check in at 1am and called to confirm because the site stated it closes at 11 but thankfully a very nice clerk answered our call and assured us that someone would be available at that time. And she also put us more at ease by making a note to let others know of our arrival. They made great updates explaining why they had some issues between April 2024 and the beginning of June 2024.

Sketchy and unsafe
It was just my daughter and I, our door handle kept moving like when someone on the outside is trying to see if it was open. The whole night I kept waking up to that. Then at 9am we get a hard bang and our door gets opened by two ladies. She stated she was there to clean but our checkout time is at 12. Why clean a room that early for a one night stay? Everything was sketchy and unacceptable. We left asap and I will never return.

Uncomfortable for a woman.
This is an older hotel, the room i got was remodeled, looked updated and nice. Hardwood floors, new tile, and decor. BUT, it was dirty. Floor had never been mopped or swiffered. I had to step on damp towel to clean the floor myself cause I couldn't stand the dirt on my feet. Also, the hotel has a bar and is extremely loud and busy at night. I stayed alone, and felt uncomfortable due to the atmosphere and being surrounded by construction workers and other men that were outside loud and drinking. Just overall unpleasant...but I didn't have much of options to choose from, cause the nicer hotels were booked.

Oh what a dump
This is a capital "D" dump. The lobby smelled of arse, my room key didn't work. The door to the room looked like it had been kicked in and patched. The crowd of other patrons was very suspect. I checked in and left. Kept driving to Amarillo for a real hotel. I spend over 200 nights each year in hotels/motels. I know what to expect from all categories. This is BY FAR the WORST Quality Inn I have ever encountered. I would love a refund.

Overpriced.
Could hear every sound the neighbors made. The doors would slam and rattle the walls next door. I could hear him on the phone talking a lot too. Very noisy. When he would walk our floors would shake. I could not sleep as I was traveling with young children. I felt very uneasy. The room was clean but very over priced. Lobby reaked of cigarette smoke but our room did not.

The blankets on the bed were not clean, and there was head hair from a previous tenant. The outlets to plug in the TV in the extension cord kept falling out of the wall, so I had to restart the service and the satellite for the TV the property around The immediate area was dirty trash everywhere

As a solo traveler...I did not appreciate being in a block of rooms occupied by construction people.... Noisy and driving big trucks which they started up at 5:30-6am. There was plenty of rooms, not happy they put me back there
