This location is perfect as it sits 2 minutes away from the highway that gets you anywhere in Lubbock quickly, the South Loop 289. You're within 5 minutes of a Walmart, a Walgreens 24-hr pharmacy, and the South Plains mall with plenty of restaurants within easy reach. Texas Tech University is only 7 minutes away!

As for the property itself, inside you will be welcomed into a stunning living room with a fireplace. Working from a computer? This house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a workspace for answering those late night emails! The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs that you can watch YouTube Tv on while you lay your head down at night and drift into a peaceful sleep. Terrific place to rest your head

We were very impressed with the property. The property is beautifully decorated, well maintained and communication with he manager if and when needed was very efficient. Had all essentials needed for cooking, baking. Had all the necessary hygiene products available in bathrooms. And showers. Cleaning up was a breeze because the necessary items were available to use. Nice back yard. We plan on staying here again when visiting Lubbock. We recommend staying here when visiting.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was vey clean and it had all the amenities you need. The King bed was very comfortable and the home felt like it had lots of space for only being a two bedroom. The home was also located in a very convenient location. It was very close to shopping and dining and very easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again when we're in Lubbock.

Clean & neat, good location

I initially chose this house because it was pet friendly and had a small, private backyard. Plans changed and I didn’t have the dog. House was easy to get to, in a very convenient location-not far from mall area and my son’s apartment. It was nicely redone on the inside and had everything I needed. Large Tv in den area and one in master. Air conditioner was easy to change and it cooled down quickly. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. I was nicely surprised by the garage parking. The only thing I would change is the price, but I understand how game weekend pricing works. Thanks for a great, quick stay! my sons ap

Beds were comfortable and the place was clean, except some of the cookware not often used (baking sheet was very dirty). Very small backyard, grass needed mowing (calf high) and grill did not have a propane tank. TV in the front room did not work.

Lubbock stay

The property location and communication with owner was amazing! Our feedback is minor I would recommend the cleaning crew clean out the old ashes in the fireplace it makes the place have a fire smell, and the fans in the rooms were dusty (expected in West Texas) we just cleaned them off. Besides that thought it was nice and what we expected the owner was very responsive, we had to leave early due to hurricane beryl.
