Beautiful area, great accommodations. A bit confusing with finding the exact location and self check-in since it is right above a restaurant. Surprisingly quiet overall for the location. Parking is a bit of a challenge but there are options within an easy walk. Would definitely stay there again!
This is a self contained unit. The facilities are adequate although I think it about time to invest in new towels. Perhaps essentials (toiler paper, detergent etc could have been more generous).
The location, in the old town, is excellent. It has a view over the river to the Iconic Holstentor. It is within a short walk of restaurants, shops and toyrist interests.
While I found the stairs a problem, younger tourists would find no problem.
I found the checkin as described and the host was friendly.
I would recommend this place.
I would give 10 Stars if I could. I stayed for two weeks and felt right at home. A beautiful view of the Trave and the Holstentor, and a quick walk brings you right in the heart of Lübeck! I am returning to Lübeck in the Fall and I have already made reservations to stay here again!
Best location in town! We were met at the property despite our later-than-planned arrival and we found a very clean and comfortable apartment all ready and waiting for us. We are a family of four, including two adult children, and we the apartment suited us well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely time in Lubeck. Constantin met us at the apartment to give us the keys, and was very helpful about giving us information about local restaurants, parking etc. Apartment was spacious, very well appointed and nicely decorated. Kitchen facilities were great, and lots of storage space. However, the apartment we were in was on the 4th floor - no elevator, so someone with mobility problems would have found it difficult. Apartment is easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, cathedrals, etc. The canal boat tour is right across the street.
Spacious, well-equipped apartment in the old city of Lubeck. It has big windows overlooking the river. it is in easy walking distance of all the sights of the city, the bus stop to Travemunde is outside the building and it is walking distance from the train station.

Misleading listing.
The listing for this property was misleading and we would not have booked it had it been accurately described. We wanted to stay in one of the old houses in Engelsgrube at one end of Lubeck island, which is where this property is shown on the map. That address turned out to be the office of a property management company and the actual apartment was in another part of town. The apartment lacked the ambience we had expected, was in a more modern building, with a bar/restaurant downstairs! The front reception desk staffed during the day referred to in the listing did not exist: there was no-one on site at all. When we wanted to check out we couldn't contact the property management office. No-one answered the office or mobile number. We went several times to the office at the other side of town but it was never open. When leaving we wasted the morning trying to contact someone and luckily in the end a cleaner appeared and we were able to give her the keys. All very unsatisfactory and misleading. Apartment was OK, nothing special, and nowhere near where it was supposed to be.
En mycket trevlig lägenhet centralt i Lübeck. Ren och fin med bra standard. Nära till allt. Parkeringshus finns i närheten.

Bra läge, rent och fräscht överlag.
Lägre betyg från oss för att det ligger rakt över en uteservering (cigarettrök) samt att den fjärde bädden var en utfällbar skinnsoffa med obefintliga möjligheter att bädda på ett bra sätt.
Lite knepigt att parkera. De stora gratisparkeringarna är en bit bort om man har stora väskor.
Stor, fin och mysig lägenhet centralt i gamla Lübeck. Bra kök med komplett köksutrustning. Fint badrum med tvättmaskin. Bra säng om man gillar mellanhård/hård madrass.
Lägenheten Bethsy ligger på 3e våningen över en restaurang bestående av 2 våningar. Hög musik långt ut på natten (slutade ca kl 02.00). Omöjligt att sova. Dessutom slängde de vid flera tillfällen glasavfall mitt i natten. Trappan upp till lägenheten är brant och vriden. Endast räcke på 'fel sida", dvs på den smala sidan. Borde finnas ett räcke även på andra sidan. Dessutom är det dåligt med ljus i trappan. Kändes mycket osäkert.
Lägenheten är mycket varm och det går inte att öppna fönstren p g a alla duvor!
Boendet uppfyllde våra behov. I köket fanns allt man behövde. Sängarna var bekväma. Trapphuset ligger tillsammans med en restaurang och deras skräp fanns överallt.
