Had a great stay. Property was pretty near the main station. Really convenient. There are lots of food options and supermarkets nearby too. Left my scarf in the room when i checked out. Managed to get it back when i went back to collect my luggages.

This was great. Booed it at the train station 10 min before walking over and they were expecting me. Checkin was smooth and staff friendly. They offer feee bus passes but I didn’t need it. Loved the location, close to old town. Loved the free coffee and water 24/7 and the dining room open to use. We sat and ate dinner that we’d gotten for Take away. My only complaints are having to lock myself in and out of my room with a key every time. And the hairdryer was awful- having to hold a button down to use it; it was impossible. I’m a hairstylist and can use Most any hairdryer- but this was virtually unusable. I’d recommend changing it.

Room is very very small with even smaller bathroom, but the service and convenience out way the size. We basically are in our room to sleep and shower, and it was perfect. Breakfast was substantial and if you want to bring in food at night easy accomodations with refrigerator,microwave and all utensils needed to eat within the bed and breakfast.

Fantastic hotel. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was good size (European standards) and updated. Very satisfied with bathroom and shower. Room was very clean on arrival and housekeeping did an excellent job with daily cleaning. Great breakfast. Nice lounge area - including outside terrace - to relax and enjoy BYO food and drink. I will definately stay here again when visiting Lucern.

Overall nice
The front staff was very friendly and helpful in me getting my delayed luggage from the airport. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good and the location is very convenient for the train station.

The property itself was very clean and the service was great. Anytime we needed something, the staff would always be very responsive. The only issue I would say we faced was that there was no air conditioning in the facility. We were there at an interesting time in the fall, so some days were hot, some days were colder. However, the staff provided us with multiple fans and we made it work! The breakfast was GREAT! Definitely worth to stay again!
