The master bedroom with second balcony and access to the shower room which is equipped in Antonio Lupi Design, is separated by a hallway from the living area.

The apartment can be reached via an elevator.

The complex is located on green beach and the newly designed beach promenade are just steps to the water.
The historic city of Lübeck with its many attractions is only 15 km away and can also be reached by boat on the River Trave.

Eine hervorragende Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage. Sie ist großzügig zugeschnitten, verfügt über angenehm viel Schrankflächen und war absolut sauber. Wir haben den Weg am Strand entlang zur Altstadt von Travemünde und auch durch den Wald an der Steilküste Richtung Timmendorfer Strand genossen. So ist ein Urlaub auch im Januar ein Genuss. Eine Wohnung, die man gerne wieder bucht.

Silvester in Travemünde
Sehr entspannte Tage in einer schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Fußbodenheizung im Bad haben wir als angenehm empfunden. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind teilweise etwas eng, je nachdem wie andere Bewohner parken.... Bis zum Maritim geht man ca. 15min. Der Kontakt mit Hr. Kovacs und die Informationen zur Wohnung waren sehr gut.

Tolle Wohnung
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt in der Wohnung. Der Blick ist traumhaft und nicht zu bezahlen! Super ist auch, dass ein Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden ist. Für mich als Rollstuhlfahrerin war es Millimeterarbeit ins Bad zu kommen, aber es hat geklappt!!!!!!! Eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung.

Bedingt Rollstuhl geeignet
Die Wohnung ist super. Alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Lediglich die Angabe, dass die Wohnung Rollstuhl geeignet ist, ist nur bedingt richtig. Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr klein. Es passt nur ein Standardrollstuhl hinein. Auch das Bad ist für einen Rollstuhl zu eng und die Dusche ist nicht ebenerdig. Haltegriffe sind leider auch nicht vorhanden. Es ist zu empfehlen, den Vermieter vorher zu kontaktieren, ob die Maße passen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt jedoch sehr schön. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung
Wir waren noch nie so begeistert von einer Ferienwohnung! Die Ausstattung und die Lage sind wirklich toll! In wenigen Metern ist man am Strand/Meer und in Gehminuten in der Altstadt mit süßen Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir können die Wohnung von Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
