Great service!
This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again in heartbeat.

Tutto perfetto, accoglienza speciale da parte di tutto lo staff, pulizia eccellente, letti comodi, colazione buona e completa. Posizione strategica con panorama mozzafiato, che permette una bella passeggiata lungo lago verso il centro città. Ottima anche la cena, provatela!

A estadia foi excelente. Quarto confortável e limpo, hotel próximo ao ponto de ônibus, que é gratuito com o passe Ticino emitido pelo hotel, café da manhã gostoso e staff muito simpático e prestativo. Tudo ótimo!
