Forget your worries in this spacious and cosy villa. Here you live in a quiet and nice location with a beautiful Luleå riverfront view.

Notviken is a really nice area providing a small beach, a kid's playing ground and a park by the water with a pleasant walking paths leading to the city centre and to Storeheden (shopping centre).

The house is built over three floors: upper floor provides two bedrooms and a huge living room with an office desk and reading area; the ground floor provides the kitchen for the "chef" in you, a dinning/sitting area with a traditional Swedish "kökssoffa", a living room with beautiful forest/river view and a small toilet and finally, the semi-ground floor provides a bedroom, a bathroom, an electric sauna and the laundry
