Séjour très moyen
Location globalement agréable car situation calme, proche centre bourg et à 15mn des plages de St Aubin sur Mer. Surfaces confortables séjour/cuisine et chambre. Literie de qualité. La location est toutefois perfectible. Les bémols : Le grand portail de la cour/parking est grand ouvert, bloqué, mécanisme HS. Le portillon permettant l'accès au passage conduisant au jardin et à l'entrée de la maison ne ferme pas, au moindre coup de vent il s'ouvre. De plus il est sale et couvert de toiles d'araignées. Nous constatons que la maison est mitoyenne ! Dès l'entrée dans la maison on est surpris par une forte odeur de vanille synthétique. Ce parfum chimique imprègne toute la maison. Les fenêtres anciennes aux vitres sales sont bloquées, impossible de les ouvrir. L'hôte dit qu'elles seront changées prochainement... Les volets ne peuvent être rabattus que de l'extérieur. Au moindre coup de vent ils s'ouvrent. Les fenêtres sont toutes dépourvues de rideau ou store. Seule la petite fenêtre de la salle d'eau s'ouvre et permet une aération naturelle. Toutefois elle donne sur une végétation broussailleuse et, sans moustiquaire, laisse entrer les mouches, moustiques, araignées etc... Lors de notre séjour, 3eme semaine de septembre, l'humidité était très présente : vêtements et draps humides. Un léger chauffage durant les nuits fraiches et humides aurait pu assainir mais les radiateurs étaient éteints et leur commande se fait exclusivement à distance par les propriétaires.

Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich für einen Urlaub wünscht. Es ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet, bietet komfortable Matratzen, liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, antworten schnell auf Anfragen und haben uns sofort geholfen, als wir ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine hatten. Wir haben unser langes Wochenende sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Agréable séjour, au calme
Logement récent et propre, bien au calme quasi au centre ville tous commerces variés accessibles à pied. Littoral à 10mn en voiture et belle campagne environnante. Accueil sympathique donc très bien.

Paisible et Charmante Propriété
Maison retapée à neuf dans un état de propreté irréprochable, ne manquant de rien en accessoires avec une très bonne literie et située dans une commune vivante de part ces multiples commerces, son marché le dimanche, ces grandes surfaces etc...L' accueille sympathique de Julie a été bref simple et efficace, comme il se doit. Nous recommandons ce logement
