"I had a fantastic stay at KK Sapa Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Sarah who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were great and there were many things to choose from at breakfast. The only downside to my stay was the noise from the construction works that were happening right next door. A real shame that it was so loud during the day. However, I would recommend this hotel and I would visit again if I returned to Sapa :) "

"The we got the family room and it was so comfortable. The air conditioning worked great and the beds were soft, unlike a lot of beds we have stayed at in Vietnam! It was much needed after the home stay we stayed at the past two nights. The area is very walkable too."

"Our amazing Sapa experience would not have been the same if we had stayed anywhere else. The Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel started with a warm welcome and an upgrade to a fantastic suite (Thanks to Aliana and Hotels.com for perk) with a spacious balcony overlooking rice terraces, the funicular, Cat Cat Village and whether permitting, Fanispan Mountain. The suite had a lot of space and was serviced well. The breakfast buffets in Vietnam seem hard to beat, and at the Aliana Boutique, they offer "cook to order" dishes included with the buffet. My partner perfected the banana pancake that came with chocolate sauce, by topping it with a fresh banana and other sauces. I have to say that not only was it the best pancake in Vietnam, but possibly, the world. Staff were a well-groomed team, and they reflect well on their management. They worked together to make the experience at Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel a perfect place for a visit into the Vietnamese hills. "

"5 Stars is not enough. This is the most spectacularly hotel I have ever had the privilege to visit. If you think it looks amazing from the outside, wait till you get inside. The lobby, restaurant and bar have been decorated with such incredible attention to detail. Then the indoor pool takes it to another level. Our room was similarly decorated to the same level with a small balcony overlooking the town and valley beyond. The food in the restaurant is spectacular as was the vast breakfast buffet. The staff are super friendly and helpful. A special mention of Mai who gave us a guided tour and lots of helpful advice about the surrounding area. I am struggling to think of anything that could be improved upon. A couple of chairs and a small table on each balcony would be nice, but that’s about it. I would definitely stay here again."

"The restaurant was excellent. The food and service were phenomenal. Rose at the restaurant was very friendly and attentive. The best breakfast buffet I've had. The staff spoke very good English and arranged our ride to downtown, train station, etc. in timely manner. We'd love to stay there again!"
