A Mixed Bag
We were happy with the room. The Hotel.com website had the wrong map for the hotel location, causing us to pay for another taxi ride. That said the room was great, breakfast excellent. Not much for the location. About ¥80 to get to the Grottoes and a similar figure to get back if you are lucky. (We paid ¥150, no choice. The next day we paid ¥60 to go further to catch the train. Taxi drivers don’t use meters here. Negotiate before starting your journey) Staff excellent, very helpful. Happy to recommend the hotel, but it’s is about 30 kms out from Luoyang.

Great hotel, North American standard
Hotel and staff was fantastic, bed was great. We ended up coming back to stay an extra night. Only thing was not much around as it's in a newly developed area.

Guter Service und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein guter Service. Als Ausländer muss man wissen das die Mitarbeiter kein gutes Englisch sprechen, aber trotzdem bei allen Fragen helfen wollen. Entweder spricht man etwas chinesisch oder holt sich hilfe mit einer Übersetzung app. Das Frühstück ist ein mix aus chinesisch mit einer guten Auswahl und ein wenig europäisch Angebot.

スタッフさんは日本語も英語もほとんど話せませんが、通訳アプリで熱心にコミュニケーションをとってくれました。交通についても調べて提案してくれたり、とても助かりました。水周りも清潔で、部屋も満足です。ただ、冷蔵庫がなかったので少し困りました。冷蔵庫とWiFi環境がもう少し良くなればさらにいいと思います。

此酒店給我印象很差，此次入住經歷不好。 在洛陽交通不便，出入要坐出租車。洛陽出租車司機，比較年長的，不建議上車，他們一般都不懂路，一點都不專業，只好靠自己用手機導航和打電話到酒店問路，好不容易才到達酒店。酒店旁的咖啡店買餐，住客有優惠，酒店職員又没介紹。酒店房間沒有雪櫃，wifi 不好用不用說，最氣人是早上到酒店餐廳吃早餐自助餐，因為房價已包早餐，但未到九時已把食物吃光，眼見食物沒有補充。餐廳爆滿之下，找餐廳職員又找不著，成班內地旅行團弄到食物吧和餐枱食物天一半地一半，亂七八糟。小孩吵吵鬧鬥，又到處跑。等了十分鐘，找不到餐廳職員，只好到大堂前台找職員。前台職員打電話去餐廳沒人接，只好打電話去職員手機才找到餐廳經理。因為餐廳當時太亂七八糟，最後著職員送餐到房間，餐飲經理説雞蛋全被吃光了。被告之酒店餐廳晚上7時半已關門，幸好旁邊有南小館。 剛提到酒店旁有咖啡店，裝修很漂亮，食物質素也很好，買餐送咖啡，值得推介。
