The staff was very friendly, check-in was convenient and quick, room was warm and clean. The place could use some updates and theres not much around for food or entertainment, but it felt safe and was reasonably priced.

Pictures of updated rooms were false. Rooms were old and still had scent of cigarette smoke from years prior. TV did not work. Hair on beds, of course.

While super old school it was clean, new carpets, soft sheets and good bed. Staff was super nice! It was probably grand in it’s day, but it is very “vintage” now. Truly a good night for the value!

Room was smelly and the beds were uncomfortable ! AC / Heating unit didn’t seem to work. We couldn’t sleep properly because of that. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Quant town and clean rooms
Johnny Appleseed theme hotel with clean rooms and complementary coffee, hot tea, and awesome breakfast. Breakfast was the best I have seen in a hotel in the past 15 years.

The people next door were smoking heavly w/ door next to my door open which my ac pulled in the smoke. I complained to staff, but he said nothing he could do even though all nonsmoking rooms. The bathroom floor was so dirty, my tennis shoes stuck! The topper is when called at near 11 pm on my cell and asked Well, are you coming or not? I checked in @ 8:30 and was about to go to sleep!

Luray trip
Long weekend trip with my son, expected much less for the price, room was clean, everything worked, nice amenities, shops/food within walking distance. All in all, a nice part of a great trip. Thank you.
