THE SPACE

INSIDE

As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a bright and inviting open-concept living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, while the cozy dining area offers the perfect setting for gathering with loved ones. The comfortable lounge invites you to relax, surrounded by large windows that frame the breathtaking beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. From here, step out onto the private deck and let the crisp mountain air and scenic views envelop you.

The master bedroom is a true retreat, with panoramic views that create a serene and romantic atmosphere. Located on the first floor, this spacious sanctuary features a king-sized bed and an attached office nook, ideal for both relaxation and productivity. The en-suite bathroom and cozy sitting area add to its charm, making it a perfect escape for couples or remote workers.

On the second floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and windows that showcase the Shenandoah Valley’s tranquil beauty. Whether you’re admiring the sunrise or the lush green treetops, these rooms offer a peaceful and inviting setting. A full bathroom on this floor ensures ample space and comfort.

The living room is a cozy haven, with a plush recliner sofa that can double as a bed, a flat-screen TV for movie nights, and a fireplace for warm, chilly evenings. This space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or simply soaking in the mountain views.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, spices, an air fryer, a rice cooker, and a coffee maker to ensure your mornings start just right. While the house uses well water, we recommend drinking bottled water.

Linens and towels are provided conveniently, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF HOT TUB

The guests agree to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises and to pay any repair charges for damage to the hot tub and/or property caused by the guests.

Guests further agree that everyone using a hot tub will shower and clean their feet upon using the hot tub.

Furthermore, the agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub.

No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub. If items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc., are found in the tub, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.

Damage to a hot tub cover will result in a $400 charge. The cover should always remain on the hot tub when not in use. Guests agree that there will be no horseplay in the hot tub and that they should not sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner.

Guests acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in using the hot tub. Guests voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, personal injury, or property damage from using the hot tub. By using the hot tub, guests agree to follow all house rules associated with it and release the host/property owner from any and all claims, liability, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the guests' use of the hot tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

INSECTS AND WILD ANIMALS

This cabin is in a secluded wooded area, so there may be spiders, bugs, critters, and animals, especially during the warmer months. You may even encounter a bear. You can expect to see deer all year round, though. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD OR TRASH OUTSIDE, as doing so will attract wild animals.

WEATHER WARNING

As the weather can be unpredictable in the mountains, storms or power outages are possible. We do not offer weather-related refunds outside of our cancellation policy, so you may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance for your travels in case you do need to cancel

The drive is mostly flat; you don’t need a 4WD to get to the property.

PETS POLICY

1. Dog Access Restrictions: Only one well-behaved dog is permitted at this time. The dog must be kept off all furniture in every room. We can allow two dogs on a case-by-case basis.

2. Room Restrictions: Pet gates must remain closed at all times to restrict dogs' access to specific rooms.

3. Keep the dog on a leash while outside, and don’t forget to clean up after them.

4. Dogs are not allowed to enter hot tubs.

5. A $150 pet fee per stay is required.
