The house is designed with luxury and comfort in mind. This spacious and elegantly appointed property is perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking for a memorable stay. Enjoy modern amenities, beautiful decor, and an ideal location for exploring the best that Southern Maryland has to offer. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen features all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area seats twelve, making it perfect for family meals. Offering multiple living areas to suit every need. The main living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The game table is a fun and entertaining space with a view of the river. Perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. Step outside to enjoy morning coffee, alfresco dining, or simply relax in the serene surroundings.

Located on St. Leonard's Creek, Martin’s Landing, offers stunning sunsets and relaxing and quiet mornings. It is an easy 90 minute drive from Washington, DC and Annapolis areas. It is a quick 20 minute drive to Solomon’s Island -- where you can explore the Calvert Marine Museum, the boardwalk, the Tiki Bar, the sculpture garden and much more.

Recently listed and fully remodeled, this beautiful waterfront offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, breakfast table, counter and living area are open concept. With several seating areas, guests can spend time all together or spread out and enjoy smaller groupings of seating, and two large smart-TVs. This airy, bright house has lots of natural light throughout! There is free high-speed WiFi in the house.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and offers Thermador appliances and spacious counters, making Martin's Landing the ideal location to relax with friends and family.

Two queen beds are in the spacious main-level bedroom. Three more three bedrooms are upstairs so the house offers guests privacy during their stay. Every bedroom has its own bathroom ensuite.

The upstairs primary bedroom has a river view, a private den area to lounge or to work. At the end of the day, take a nice long bath in the jetted soaking tub.

Martin's Landing faces west and offers fabulous sunset views across the Saint Leonard Creek. The spacious private dock is the perfect place to launch your water toys, sip on your morning coffee and evening beverage, or read a book lounging in the breeze -- all while listening to the sounds of nature. Osprey, Bald Eagles and Great Blue Heron are regulars on the Creek.

For the times you don't feel like cooking, Martin's Landing is a 5-minute walk to Vera's Restaurant and Marina. Or hop in your car and enjoy the local restaurants in Lusby and Solomon's Island.

4 Kayaks and a paddle board are provided for guests to use. Very Important note: There is no lifeguard. You swim, kayak, paddle board at your own risk. Please properly stow away water toys after use. Lifejackets are provided and required!

A complete picnic basket is in the kitchen pantry for you to use and enjoy at the local beaches, parks or on the dock. Please be sure to clean, dry and return all the items to the basket for the next guests to use.

Peaceful retreat in SoMd
The house was incredible. My husband loved the master shower! The kids enjoyed the beach and swimming. Our youngest son (39) paddled the creek in the kayak. Our oldest son was able to dock his boat. The house had so many amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. There were games and books for all ages. We hope this home is available whenever we go back to visit family. Memories at Martin’s Landing
Martin’s Landing is a little piece of heaven! The house and property are more beautiful than we imagined. We loved every aspect from the gorgeous kitchen, to the incredible master suite with soaking tub, to the dock where we spent countless hours. Victoria went above and beyond and always answered my messages in a timely manner! Amazing stay for our family!
This house was perfect for our extended family of 12 to stay for my dads birthday weekend. Super clean, very roomy, amazing kitchen, and gorgeous view! We walked up the street to Vera’s and drove to town for ice cream and groceries. Victoria was in touch and we had everything we needed. We caught lots of fish and enjoyed s’mores around the campfire. We even saw Eagles, hawks, a duck family and a stingray. We used the kayaks. Plenty of parking. Thank you very much!

Summer crabbing trip
No crabs at for 4 days of our stay, not fault of owner. Owner was readily in touch and allowed us to stay 1 hr late from checkout however she accused me of over staying for several hours and threatened to call sheriff's office if property was not vacated immediately via telephone call ( she left angry message). I learned about this after the fact. She didnt realized I still have one day to stay, we only left to go to museum. She found out on her own that she made a mistake and apologized via email. But hurtful things were said and done. I didnt even asked to be reimbursed in the gas tank i have to buy as it was empty not to mention it was dirty and we have to clean it. House was gorgeous was it was also expensive! If there were crabs i would'nt mind the other inconveniences and bad rap from owner.

Beautiful stay
This property has so much to offer. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Bath in primary bedroom is a spa-type bathroom with jetted tub and separate multi-jet shower. You can see the gorgeous view of the river from several rooms. The use of kayaks with a kayak launch was fabulous. We were a group of 8 women that enjoyed a relaxing and fun weekend which was a welcome respite from our hectic lives. We sat on the dock and read and chatted. The umbrella provided shade when wanted. The kitchen has high-end appliance. Everything you need to have a relaxing and fun adventure is here. The owner was great with responding quickly when a couple of things came up. Highly recommend this property.

The Best Life
We celebrated my husband's 80th birthday at Martin's Landing. The property is an exceptional house located on the water. There are four bedrooms and five bathrooms, but plenty of space to house at least up to ten people. We had eight in our party, six adults and two grands aged 2 and 4. The house is spacious equipped with a luxury kitchen and plenty of space to relax in different rooms. The master bedroom features a luxury spa bathroom and an exceptional view of the water. The dock turned out to be our favorite place during the day and even into the evening to watch sunsets. There are kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles available for renters. I cannot say enough nice things about the property. It was simply exceptional in all ways and we were all very sorry to leave this morning. We could have stayed forever.

Great Setup and Beautiful Location
We needed a place that could hold our family, and be fairly close to my son’s house and the wedding venue. This home seemed to check all the boxes, but man we got so much more! I just wished we had been able to stay a day or two more to enjoy everything this property had to offer! Victoria was easy to work with, and responded really quickly to all my questions.
