Private pool for 4 people, air conditioning, landscaped garden and superb view

House adjoining the side of a hill garden. The 80 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor. It consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen of 40 m2 and two beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The toilet is apart.
A wooden deck on stilts provides space from the kitchen with an east-northwest exposure, ideal for hot days. A small covered lounge is also waiting for you for coffee or an aperitif.
Attached to the terrace, a private swimming lane 2 m by 5 m surrounded by its wooden beach awaits you to cool off. Two other terraces, one covered and a very large space on more than one hectare. Even higher for those who are not afraid to climb the canyon and a sight to cut the breath.
The house is 2. 7 km from the village. A walk of half an hour allows to go there on foot. Linen is provided except towels (sheets, towels, tea towels, towels) and the bed will be made on arrival.
At 300 meters from the house, and for angling enthusiasts Lake Dam is an attractive place with the nearby river.

Séjour idéal au calme en famille
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce logement ! La propreté et les équipements, permettent de se sentir rapidement comme à la maison. La localisation est idéale, nous sommes à 30 - 45 min de différents sites touristiques. La vue de la terrasse n'a pas de prix et cette petite piscine était la bienvenue avec cette chaleur. Et des propriétaires discrets et attentifs ! Merci pour tout, nous n'avons pas fait le tour de l'Ardèche et nous serions ravis de revenir chez vous pour le poursuivre!

maison idéale
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison à la propreté irréprochable, rien ne manque (cuisine réellement équipée, jeux pour les enfants, documentation pour les visites...). Accueil très agréable, la personne est au service de ses hôtes mais très discrète. Les enfants ne voulaient pas repartir !!! Il y a tellement de choses à faire en Ardèche, nous reviendrons certainement!!!

Séjour paradisiaque
Des vacances extraordinaires dans un cadre enchanteur ! Nos hôtes ont été accueillants, chaleureux et bienveillants tout en étant très discrets. La maison est très bien placée, aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin ! Nous nous sommes véritablement reposés, dans un cadre idyllique et verdoyant ! Quel bonheur ! Nous y serions restés, tant il fait bon vivre dans ce petit havre de paix ! Merci mille fois !!!

Une semaine parfaite
Dans ce gite tout est pensé pour qu‘ on se sente bien. Une pool rafraichissante, un appartement très propre et très bien équipé, des hôtes très sympathiques et soucieux de notre confort. De plus le gite est très bien placé pour découvrir l‘Ardèche. Merci

Super lieu de repos et détente
Accueil très sympathique par Marie-Jeanne. Avec même en cadeau des spécialités culinaires de la région. Le logement est très bien équipé (literie, cuisine, salle de bain...). Entouré par la nature et par 4 terrasses pour profiter de l'extérieur quel que soit le moment de la journée et l'intensité du soleil. Super piscine, parfaite pour se rafraîchir. Le jardin à flan de colline est superbe et en plein développement. A 20min de route d'Aubenas et d'autres villes ou villages de la région.

Woning prima, eigenaren minder.
Woning was prima, alles erop en aan. Wat ze niet vertellen op de site is dat onder het appartement de (jonge) eigenaren wonen, en dat hun terras links zit, schuin onder de 1e slaapkamer van het appartement. Eigenaren vinden het fijn om tot midden in de nacht buiten te zitten. Tot groot ongenoegen kwamen ze ook nog eens een keer om middernacht thuis en hadden nog wat vrienden meegenomen, en hebben vervolgens tot diep in de nacht zitten drinken en "roken". De eerste slaapkamer zit dus schuin boven hun terras, dus je hoorde en rook alles, ook met ramen dicht, terwijl het snikheet was binnen.... De grote (lieve) hond werd buiten in een soort afrastering geplaats, en heeft ook tot halverwege de nacht zitten piepen en blaffen. Toen het gezelschap luid pratend en toeterent er vandoorging heb ik nog even de eigenaresse "bedankt" voor de goede nachtrust, ze keek me aan, en wist niet wat ik bedoelde ?! Volgende dag ook geen sorry of excuus.. On -professioneel gedrag, en maling hebben aan je gasten. ( zo van, "ze hebben toch al betaald") Zwemadje zelf schoongemaakt met bijbehorende slang/borstel, was zeker niet de boedoeling, want volgende dag set weg, alleen jammer dat het zwembadje toen helemaal niet meer schoongemaakt werd. Kortom: eigenaren moeten nog leren wat "gasten" zijn, die hebben betaald voor een rusige vakantie. (Feest moeten ze vieren als er geen klanten/gasten zijn.)

Superbe séjour en Ardèche, gîte très agréable et confortable, joliment décoré, rien n'y manque... Et avec la piscine et une vue magnifique en plus!! Le petit plus : le cadeau de bienvenue, d'une propriétaire aussi sympathique que discrète.

Séjour à renouveler !
Une location très agréable où rien ne manque, la lumière inonde la pièce principale, les couchages sont d'excellent confort, les extérieurs extrêmement soignés et la vue sur la vallée est magnifique ! Le tout au beau milieu d'une région splendide où les occasions de faire de magnifiques visites ne manquent pas ! Un séjour à renouveler donc, idéalement en été pour pouvoir profiter en plus de la piscine !

Tres jolie
Tout le monde a ete enchanté du séjour, de la déco, de la vue. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Les lieux sont propres, calmes agréables. On se sent bien dans les lieux! Je conseille ce gite.
