I felt very safe, everything was clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, there's privacy in the dorm rooms cause the beds have walls, there's a shelf in every bed and a very big locker under the bed. Great staff. Clean, convenient location. But not worth the money. Small rooms, heat oppressive, window painted shut so no fresh air, no chair, tiny table, no kettle so only a vending machine for coffee or tea and only a soda or chips. The water pressure is horrible. The shower barely trickles. You are better off staying somewhere else for 5 pounds more that has everything and breakfast included. Should have been half the price for what you get.
