Breakfast included is a good point and that’s all on the positive side. Staff indifferent, cleanliness modest, I had a smelly cold room, air conditioning (heating ) not working. I asked for a different room, they said nothing available. Really? Was it fully booked? They aggreed to bring a heater and came with a dirty one, with one wheel missing.(I have photos). I need a hotel room for a few times a year near Luton Airport, but this was first and last time going there.

Good Airport Hotel

Good modern, clean hotel from reputable brand. Breakfast selection was satisfactory if a little canteen style but tasty enough. Compared to similar in area for Luton Airport location one of the better options for the price.

Fine but not my best stay here

The room I was in had an unusual smell. This is not normal for this hotel. I was too tired by the time I checked in for 1 night to complain. Hotel is usually fine, clean and well serviced.
