Pleasent stay but beware of parking fees !
Having stayed here previously,I knew what expect. The hotel offers a clean comfortable stay fir a reasonable price. Breakfast was very good , although crockery wasn't cleared after tables were vacated. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The only negative aspect of my stay was a charge for parking which wasn't clearly stated when booking and not applied in other hotels within the brand that I have stayed in recently.

There is very little not to like .. this hotel has served my needs over many years and it is a well placed, well priced and lovely hotel. On this occasion I was only there for a very short time and, accept that it is ageing but there are some updates which it could benefit from … an overall good steam cleaning of the carpets would be a start. But all in all I would still give it a comfortable 9/10. The staff were very nice, respectful and helpful too.

Good sized room and shower, very clean and comfortable, nice to have a good selection of TV programmes to watch before bedtime, delighted to have a window that opened to let me have some fresh air. Had a good sleep and great to be so close to the airport, would definitely recommend it. The girls at reception were very friendly, it's so nice to have a human being with a smile ☺

I have stayed with Ibis before and this one falls far beyond standard with cold rooms,dirty carpets. Shower had black possibly mould marks in the grouting. I did not feel i could voice my concerns as recptionistt seemed more interested in the computer giving no eye contact and,in fact little effort to lift her head. Very disappointed
