We stayed for 2 nights, first night the room was in a state, broken side study lamps and a missing switch. Safe was not working, shower has mind of its own, suddenly started giving very hot water even when set on 37 degrees centigrade. TV was not connected to internet and when informed the front desk, the person promised to come to check but did not turn up. Reception staff offered a new room for the second night which was better. Corridors were dirty on the second floor. Breakfast was very basic. Overall It’s a 3 star standard property promoted as 4 star.

Visiting family so a flying visit! I know Luton well so wasn’t there for shopping etc. Accessible when driving to go shopping or for transport links but also on the outskirts so nice and quiet! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of parking too! Room a nice size with with iron etc. would definitely stay again!!

Probably the best customer service ever!
Without a doubt, the friendliest team I have ever seen in a hotel… and that includes some high end ones as well. The owner clearly makes service a focus area. As for the hotel, it was what you’d expect for the money paid.

The hotel was fine, however the parking situation was a mess. There are plenty of parking spots but the hotel lets people use the car park as a park and fly, so people actually staying at the hotel found it impossible to find a parking spot and ended up parking wherever they could (grass verges etc) Also the hotel does not accept cash, I know a lot of hotels are starting to do this concept, but in my opinion cash should always be acceptable.
