Definately not a right shower
This is a tough review to leave as i'm just not sure. As a family we always have a tradition of rating hotels on their shower. So this one's a zero. There just wasn't one other than the old fashioned hand held idea of sitting in the bath with no shower screen and no curtain - if you want a good shower our room at least, wasn't for you. On the plus side the hotel was clean, rooms were large, staff were helpful and breakfast was plentiful. The city centre is about a 20 minute walk but trams ru. Past the front door and taxis are cheap enough and eady to get. From a negative point of view the hotel advertises a bar but (unless it's in the building opposite) there isnt one thats open which is teally disappointing when coming back and youre so far out of town. Another minor irritant is the lack of English speaking tv although we werent in often enough for it to matter. Negatives v positives, the positives probably would shade it but we can't get over that shower which is the only eeason i'm glad we weren't there longer!

I found the room was reasonably priced but i think they are are picking on people from outside the area especially disabled people. Disabled people from outside the area want a parking space near where they are staying so they have to select the hotel parking which cost more. This means the reasonable room rate becomes a bit more expensive because they would not what problems might occur from the car parks nearby, especially this time of year.

Exceptional customer service
Superb service and a very clean and modern hotel near the station. They accommodated my need for a quiet room and went out of their way to ensure I was allocated a room in a quiet part of the hotel. I had a totally undisturbed sleep and couldn’t hear noise from outside or from people in the corridor or neighbouring rooms. Exceptional customer service.

Clean rooms. Very nice bar. Biggest issue was the very small bathroom where your knees touch the wall while on the toilet. I probably would not stay again simply due to this.

I found the best pillow!
Despite being a best western and I've stayed in some questionable ones, this Best Western by Sadie was very nice. There is private parking at rear for £15/night. The rooms were very modern, lots of things you would like in your own house! I had eve meal and breakfast, both ere very good with a range of choices, service was good too. The best bit was finally finding a pillow that was comfortable for me, after the all the hotels I had stayed in!

Very friendly staff. The chap who checked us in was very sociable and was very helpful in pointing out what to do in the area.The owner was there when we checked in again a very sociable person with a real interest in keeping all of the guests happy.

Great airport stay
Perfect place to stay if you are needing to be close to Luton airport for an early flight. The hotel is modern and check in and out is very speedy, with 24 hours desk service. Room has a coffee and tea station and mini fridge to keep bits cool. Was given a water bottle each as well which was a nice touch. Only issue for us was that the pillows seemed to be memory foam so if you are use to other materials can be an adjustment.
