Very friendly staff. The chap who checked us in was very sociable and was very helpful in pointing out what to do in the area.The owner was there when we checked in again a very sociable person with a real interest in keeping all of the guests happy.

Great airport stay
Perfect place to stay if you are needing to be close to Luton airport for an early flight. The hotel is modern and check in and out is very speedy, with 24 hours desk service. Room has a coffee and tea station and mini fridge to keep bits cool. Was given a water bottle each as well which was a nice touch. Only issue for us was that the pillows seemed to be memory foam so if you are use to other materials can be an adjustment.

Chose this hotel due to close to train station, turned out to be great place to stay, great location, very friendly and attentive staff, Grace was particularly helpful on check in and food was very good. I will definitely stay here again.

Arrived late Sunday evening and left early the next morning for a flight. Even though it was a very short stay, I was really impressed with this hotel. So convenient for the train station and there is a bus stop to the airport within 50m of the hotel. Decent coffee in the room and a really good shower. Excellent value compared to the other hotels closer to the airport and just as convenient.

I booked this place for a couple of reasons #1 it was a best western #2 it advertised having laundry, it was the worse best western i have been in, the beds were lumpy, had queen pillows with regular pillow case. And the big thing no laundry. We had been traveling for a month it was an important feature for us. Kind of ruined everything

Difficult parking with a very difficult location of the hotel. Very noisy outside due to the bus stopping. Very warm rooms but you can open the window however the noise outside wasn’t great.

Pleasant Experience Post Late-Night Flight
Two associates were present late at night for check-in and made the process less stressful after a long day of flying. We appreciated the gracious upgrade to our accommodations made by the gentleman who completed our check-in. Hotel staff are all very kind and helpful! :)
