I called staff a few times as tv wasn’t working. They made me go downstairs a few times with no results. I then told them I was going to bed and if they can deal with it next day. they told me Maintenance would come in the day and sort it. By 6 pm next day nothing was done. Again I went to reception and I insisted someone stays around for Atleast 10mins to study the problem. Eventually my room was changed to enable me access tv which I needed very much especially as Paralympics was starting. I did not appreciate being toast around by staff who did not seem to communicate or record information

My brief trip away....
The checked-in was absolutely PHENOMENAL - 10/10~!!! Overall ok, room not totally clean a lot of dust in areas Extremely noisy!!!! Broken clanging radiator throughout the night Doors banging End room give again.... Hotels give end rooms for a reason 👎👎👎👎 Complimentary coffee teas and water was a nice touch Ill NEVER stay here again

Perfect location clean rooms with free wifi and all with windows. Only a few £ more than nearest hotel without windows, but includes breakfast and unlimited hot drinks in foyer.

10 min walk from the train station going into london. 10 minute drive to luton airport. Enjoyed the stay - the hotel rooms were super comfortable, washrooms were very clean. Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful. Ali and Kevin helped me book a taxi at 5am to the airport expediently.

There was no decaf. They offer free coffee and tea but I cannot drink any of it since it is all highly caffeinated. There is no food available after hours, no snacks, no vending machine, nothing at all. And no eating facilities nearby that I could see. Only on offer was a pizza delivery service, but I am not a fan of pizza, I believe it is highly overrated. The breakfast buffet was good, but again, no decaffeinated options available. Als, no non-dairy milk was provided, my wife is lactose intolerant.

Diamond in the rough
We booked this last minute as we were let down at another property. They were welcoming and provided great service. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception offered free hot beverages and breakfast was included

Room was good for the price. One of the Benefits of this hotel is it is directly linked to the mall. Plentiful shops and eateries are abundant. The only criticism I have is parking is limited and it gets a bit noisy outside after hours. This is not the hotel's fault because it is oitside. All in all I had a good experience and would definitely stay here again.

It was an overnight stay for airport connections The only thing is that they claim to offer a shuttle from the airport when it’s a bus service that the city offers for a fee and the station is not too close to the hotel so at night it was a bit strange
