Comfortable and Spacious Saty
Huge Room in one of the suites at Ullesthorpe with sofa, couple of desks and large bathroom. Check in was very easy and accommodating. Large onsite car parking as attached to golf course. We did not use the leisure facilities but would have done if timing allowed. Breakfast wasn’t the best quality but the staff were very accommodating to assist and change items as required. Would recommend

Incredible amazing hotel
Room was amazing bath tub and shower out this world loved the stay. Swimming pool jacuzzi fantastic. Dinner was wonderful can’t fault this hotel will definitely stay again. 😊👍👍

Customer service hit n miss at this musty hotel
I witnessed both sides of the customer service spectrum over the 4 days I was there. Check-in was excellent, a very friendly receptionist, who checked me in promptly. Upon check -out, I was met (not greeted) with 2 stony-faced receptionists who looked like they could have given me a list of at least 1000 other places they would rather have been, than at work. I wasn't asked "how was your stay, sir?" or offered any other pleasantries. They must have missed their customer service training.... The welcome each morning from the female staff member at breakfast however, was excellent - she is a keeper! The food was really good, the gym was OK, but the hotel itself is very musty and, although its not a dirty hotel, like a dog that has been out in the rain, it feels like it needs a good bath itself....

Great stay, very helpful staff.
Fantastic stay, really helpful staff. We live locally and stayed for 5 nights to have some building work competed at home. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All the facilities were great. I would definitely recommend.Thank you to everyone at the hotel

Like so many Best Westersn they are becoming very tired and need updating. A suspended polystyrene ceiling like an office just isnt right in a hotel room anymore. I retur ed a lamp to reception that was arking in the inline switch

Nice but needs work
Shower didn’t work. Alarm going off at 4am outside, breakfast very average. Everything else was perfectly acceptable and nice but these things put a damper on my stay.
