There are 2 double bedrooms each with a large double bed, and sofa in the lounge. Smart TVs and WIFI throughout. Comes fully furnished with bed linen, towels, hand soap, shower gel, kitchen towels and washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, cooker and kettle. Safe secure off-road parking wih CCTV.

There is a supermarket opposite that is open 7 days per week with a Costa coffee machine and pastries available daily. The Bell Inn serves breakfast, and has a catering van outside. both are literally a 1-2 minute walk away.

It was in a nice quiet location, only one store and pub in the village. All very clean with good facilities. We used it as a base for local attractions - Kelmarsh / Oxendon tunnel, Foxton Locks and the lovely town of Market Harborough with plenty of lovely eating places. You definitely need a car but well worth it. Only negative was the entrance code didn't work, but these things happen and the neighbour was really helpful.
