Guest Access:
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Please, make sure you check the “Check-in” section and watch the video we made for you!

The Neighborhood:
The townhome is located in Gare, just on the other side of Park Hollerich from Ville Haute District and only a 15-minute walk to Luxembourg’s city center. If you’d rather not walk, you’re also near Luxembourg Central Station and other excellent transport connections. The townhome has a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, brunch spots, supermarkets, hair salons, boutiques and specialty shops all within walking distance. Plus the outdoor fitness area of Park Hollerich and other fitness activities are nearby for some daily exercise. Or you can walk over to Ville Haute district where you’ll find streets lined with al fresco cafes and brasseries, mainstream stores and chic boutiques.

Getting Around:
It’s about 20 minutes by train to/from the LUX International Airport. The Luxembourg Central Stations is very nearby (750 m| .5 mile) or about an 8-min walk from the townhome and a great way to travel around from home base. There are other means of transportation like the bus, Luxtram tram line, Webtaxi or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by towncar.

You’ll be happy to know you can even walk loads of places, for example, it’s only a 15-min walk to Luxembourg’s city center!

Other Things to Note:
Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.

1. Respect the Neighbors: Parties/events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music after 10 pm.

2. Guest Limit: Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.

3. No Smoking: Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. A 300€ penalty will apply for non-compliance.

4. Residential Use Only: The Unit is for private, single-family residential use only. No business, profession, or trade activities are allowed.

5. Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere to designated check-in and check-out times. A fee of 50€ per hour will apply for late check-out.

6. Furniture and Structures: Do not move furniture or set up tents/structures. A 300€ cleaning fee will apply for any stains or damage. The
cost of any taken or damaged items will be charged to your account.

7. Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third-party entities.

8. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for covering damages or necessary extra cleaning charges after their stay.

9. Departure: Turn off the heating, leave the keys in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and ensure the dishwasher is empty to avoid a 200€ cleaning fee.

10. ID Requirement: Provide a government ID during the online check-in process.

11. Compliance: Adherence to all house rules is crucial. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just write us a message.

The pictures were accurate but didn’t show how sparse the rooms were in reality. Big issue was bathrooms. Was not expecting toilets to be in same room as sinks, showers and tub BUT was expecting to be on the same floor. The toilets were on first floor and half flight up. The full bathrooms were on second and third floor.

Op het gelijkvloers is een raam van de eetkamer dat niet sluit zodat er een frisse wind binnenkomt, In de keuken is te weinig kookgerief en te weinig eetservies voor 6 personen. Op de tweede etage is geen toilet en de trappen kraken erg.Niet tevreden over de accommodatie die de helft te duur is.

Guter Ort aber wenig schönes Haus
Die Lage ist sehr gut, um Luxemburg zu entdecken. Die Zimmer sind wenig schön eingerichtet mit lauter alten unpraktischen Möbeln. Die Türen quietschen unglaublich laut und die WC sind in EG und 1.og und schlecht von den Zimmern zu erreichen. Alles ein bisschen sehr lieblos und abgewohnt.

Optimale Lage, das Haus war sehr angenehm von der Größe für uns als Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen. Wir haben alles so angetroffen wie es beschrieben war. Das die Fußböden knarren ist dem Alter des Hauses geschuldet. Bei starkem Regen war auch die Garage komfortabel da wir unser Gepäck im Trockenen aus und einladen könnten und keinen Parkplatz ( sehr eingeschränkt vorhanden ) suchen müssten.

Good morning We had a good stay in the house. Here are our reports for Arca properties Luxembourg to make improvements: - as already said: repair the leak in the gutter under the front door (just at the box with the code) - Put a bigger sign prohibiting parking in front of the house (we had to call the police because a car was preventing us from leaving) - the kitchen radiator is not working -Add a pair of scissors and a vegetable peeler. Thank you in advance for future tenants Otherwise this house is very well located for visits to the city Best regards Brigitte Brault
