Cozy Modern Studio | Near LU | Newly Renovated!
Enjoy our peaceful neighborhood while being conveniently located to many of Lynchburg's best attractions! This basement unit has its own private entrance. It's more like a studio, than a 1BR. The BR and “living” area are in the same room. The kitchenette is separate. There are 3 rooms total.
*We also rent out the top two floors of our home. Let us know if you are interested!

- 10 minutes to Randolph College
- 12 minutes to Liberty U
- 14 minutes to downtown LYH
This unit was just renovated and is in pristine condition. Our goal is that you feel rested and rejuvenated from the moment you walk in!

You have access to the whole basement unit. You have your own separate entrance with a smart lock. Just an FYI, sometimes there will be other guests in the upper floors of our home as well.

PET POLICY: we do not allow any pets.

Lovely basement unit
My poodles and I had a relaxing, comfortable stay! Everything was clean and new. Much quieter and pleasant than a hotel. Kitchenette was a nice plus, too. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
