Disappointing.
Although this hotel is conveniently located, it lacked some basic upkeep. The hair dryer did not work and the front desk did not care about our need for a working hair dryer. Also, the TV remote did not work and the floors were very dirty.

Polite staff, room was clean, bathroom not so much. They had few guests (construction workers) staying there and I didn’t feel safe staying there with my daughter. The place could use some renovations itself.

The pictures were a bit deceiving. I do not like the hotels that have the doors to your room on the exterior and the pictures show the interior rooms. The majority of the rooms are the exterior door rooms.

Room was not updated. Hair found on the pillow. Under the bed was dirty, front desk called the room to ask if a Spanish bible was left in the room...so my husband looked under the bed for the bible and found hair and dust!
