A bunch of construction workers descended on the motel like a plague of locusts. The hallway smelled of marijuana, noisy at all hours, and your hot breakfast was pretty much gone by the time we got to the eating room at about 8PM. Need to police the hotel for us on vacation and want to relax.

Manager was wonderful. Rooms are decent but smell from AC is atrocious. Definitely have a mold problem. Everything is super musty.

The other reviews I read before booking here were spot on! Very clean, kind staff, hot breakfast, great price. I only needed a bed for liberty university college weekend. The comfort I had that this wasn’t “ Bates motel” was it was packed in the morning with other recent model cars!

Property was located in a quiet and safe area close to Liberty University which was helpful in terms of accessibility. We would have liked the breakfast menu to have more options.

Super friendly and helpful staff and the rooms seemed clean. There was only 1 problem, and it was a big one for me; the A/C in our room did not work. The guy at the desk was as helpful as he could be and gave us a fan to use in our room. That helped and we were grateful, but if I'm paying $130/night I want the A/C to work. I can't give higher than 3 stars due to that issue.

People outside drinking late into the night. Empty Beer bottles around the parking lot. Room was dirty with holes in the walls and a bathroom door that wouldnt close. Overall it felt dirty and unsafe
